June 15, 2026

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), give you rights over the personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

For full detail on these rights and the categories of information involved, see our California Privacy Statement and Privacy Policy.

Submit a Request

Complete the form below. Only your email and the type of request are required, but giving us your name and the phone or details on file helps us locate your information and verify your identity faster.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Prefer not to use this form? Email privacy@teledris.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt and verify your identity before disclosing, deleting, or correcting any information. We respond within 45 days; if we need more time, the law allows one additional 45-day period and we will notify you. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we will ask for proof of their authorization and may still verify your identity directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
