IMPORTANT NOTE — Our Notice of Privacy Practices is a separate document that governs how protected health information, or PHI, about you may be used and disclosed in connection with health care services in accordance with HIPAA.

This Privacy Policy describes how Teledris Health collects and uses Personal Data about you through the use of our website, and through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Teledris Health. The terms we, us, our, and Teledris Health refer to Teledris Health, operated by Teledris LLC, located at 8 The Green, STE 12393, Dover, DE 19901.

Teledris Health respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we and our affiliates, including certain affiliated professional entities, may collect from you or that you may provide when you use Teledris Health through our website at teledris.com.

This Privacy Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Use of the Platform is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. All capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy, but not defined herein, have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by and comply with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If any term in this Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Platform or provide any Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and your use of the Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to, be embedded on, or otherwise be accessible from or on the Platform.

Information About You and Your Health Care Treatment and Payment

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including:

  • Personal Information: Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, billing and payment information, state of residence, government-issued identification for identity verification purposes, or any other information collected on the Platform that is defined as personally identifiable information under applicable law.
  • Health-Related Information: Clinical history, current medical conditions, medications, allergies, symptoms, laboratory results, and any other information exchanged in emails, texts, chats, or calls between you and Teledris Health or our affiliated clinical providers.
  • Technical Information: Information about your Internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage details.
  • Demographic Information: Whether you are a current user, your product interests, location, language preference, or information related to your inquiry or request.

How We Collect This Information

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us, including when you complete an intake form, register for an account, make a payment, upload identification documents, or communicate with us via email or the Platform.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Platform, including usage details, IP address, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
  • From third parties with whom we work to provide you services, such as clinical service providers, medical professionals, pharmacies, and payment processors.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:

  • Information collected when you browse our website, even without creating an account.
  • Information provided when you register for an account, complete a medical intake form, or request services such as sexual health treatment, hair regrowth treatment, peptide therapies, or men's hormone health evaluation.
  • Information necessary to process your payment, including billing name, address, email address, and payment card information. Teledris Health does not collect or store your full credit card details. Payment information is transmitted via encrypted connection to our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence, including email addresses, if you contact us.
  • Your search queries on the Platform.

Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data tracking technologies to collect certain information, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, language preference, date and time of access, and the resources that you access and use on the Platform.
  • Information about your computer and Internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, host domain, and browser type.

We use this information to improve our Platform, deliver a more personalized experience, estimate how individuals access and use our Platform, store your preferences, speed up your searches, and recognize you when you return.

Cookies

The Platform utilizes cookies to improve functionality. Cookies are text files sent by servers to web browsers and stored on your computer. They tell us which parts of the Platform you've visited and help us save your preferences.

You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of our Platform may be inaccessible or may not function properly.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control, or GPC, signal, which indicates that you do not want personal information collected by websites you visit.

Third-Party Tools

We use a customer relationship management and messaging platform provided by HighLevel (also operating as LeadConnector) to manage patient communications, appointment reminders, and follow-up care. This platform includes a first-party tracking script that records visits and interactions on our website so we can attribute inquiries and measure engagement with our own services.

We may also use first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) or Google Analytics, and we do not sell your information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

III. How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected about you, including Personal Information, in the following ways:

  • To complete registrations, intake forms, transactions, or other actions you request, such as payment processing and eligibility determination for our treatment programs.
  • For treatment, payment, or healthcare operational purposes.
  • To communicate with you about our healthcare services and information, products, and services you request from us, which may include telephone, voicemail, email, SMS/text messages, or notifications within the Platform.
  • To contact you regarding healthcare services resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • To administer your account, process payments, and fulfill orders if you receive healthcare services.
  • To operate the Platform and perform any services associated with the Platform, including providing technical support and improving our products and services.
  • To provide information you have requested or to respond to your inquiries.
  • To create de-identified information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as aggregate statistics relating to the use of our service.
  • To measure or understand the effectiveness of communications, including advertising, that we send to you and others.
  • To enhance the safety and security or performance of our products and services, including verifying your identity and preventing or detecting fraud.
  • To notify you about changes to our services or the Platform.
  • To enforce this Privacy Policy and any other terms that you have agreed to.
  • To comply with applicable federal, state, and other laws and regulations.

IV. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy as follows:

  • For treatment, payment, or healthcare operations purposes.
  • To clinical service partners, including MD Integrations — our third-party telehealth platform and a HIPAA business associate — and the independently licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in its provider network who review your intake information and provide medical consultations.
  • To partner pharmacies that fulfill prescriptions resulting from your consultation, including compounding pharmacies that prepare and ship your medications.
  • To service providers that assist us in maintaining, improving, and operating our Platform, such as hosting providers, email delivery services, customer support tools, and analytics providers.
  • To our payment processor, Stripe, via encrypted connection to process payments.
  • To our CRM and communications platforms for the purpose of managing patient communications, appointment reminders, and follow-up care notifications.
  • To our affiliates and their employees, including for the purpose of posting information or notifications about healthcare services in your account.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • To comply with applicable laws, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Teledris Health, our patients, or others, including exchanging information for fraud protection.
  • With respect to de-identified information, for any purpose without restriction.
  • In the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization, or liquidation, we may transfer, sell, or assign to third parties information concerning your relationship with us.

V. Your Options About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with options regarding the Personal Information you provide to us:

  • Tracking Technologies: You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of our Platform may be inaccessible or may not function properly.
  • Do Not Track / GPC: We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. We do not currently respond to general do not track browser signals.
  • Marketing Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or text messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication or by contacting us at support@teledris.com.

VI. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to reasonably secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting PHI access to authorized personnel, and secure storage of patient intake data.

We retain Personal Information and health-related information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations (including medical-record retention periods required by applicable state law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Where we have given you, or where you have chosen, a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.

VII. Third-Party Platforms

Our Platform may contain links or references to other websites outside of our control, including our partner pharmacies, payment processors, and clinical service partners. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites.

TELEDRIS HEALTH DOES NOT CONTROL AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THIRD PARTIES DO IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR WEBSITES, OR HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Please exercise caution and consult the privacy policies posted on each third-party website for further information.

VIII. No Services to Persons Under the Age of 18

Teledris Health does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18. Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

IX. Florida Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Florida, Florida law provides you with certain rights regarding your medical records and personal information:

  • Access to Medical Records: You have the right to request access to and copies of your medical records maintained by our clinical service partners.
  • Amendment of Records: You have the right to request amendments to your medical records if you believe they are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Accounting of Disclosures: You have the right to request an accounting of certain disclosures of your PHI.
  • Restriction Requests: You have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of your PHI.
  • Confidential Communications: You have the right to request that we communicate with you about health matters using alternative means or at alternative locations.

X. California Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act provides you with additional rights regarding your Personal Information. Your CCPA privacy rights do not apply to PHI governed by HIPAA or medical information governed by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act.

For your Personal Information covered by the CCPA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to know about the Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose about you in the preceding twelve months.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we collect about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive Personal Information to what is necessary to provide the services you request.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share your Personal Information, we do not offer a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link; you may still submit any request below, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us at support@teledris.com. We will not discriminate against you and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

XI. Texas Resident Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) provides you with certain rights regarding your Personal Data. These rights do not apply to protected health information governed by HIPAA or to other information exempt under the TDPSA.

  • Right to Confirm and Access: You may confirm whether we process your Personal Data and request access to it.
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete Personal Data provided by or obtained about you.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may obtain a copy of your Personal Data in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
  • Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of the processing of your Personal Data for targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation with an independent licensed provider. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies but are not FDA-approved. The decision to prescribe medication is at the sole discretion of the treating provider and may not be suitable for everyone.
