I. Introduction
This Shipping Policy describes how compounded medications prescribed through Teledris Health, operated by KavrenTech, are dispensed and delivered to you.
This Policy is part of the Teledris Health Terms of Service and should be read together with the Refund Policy, the Medical Consent, and the Privacy Policy.
II. Who Ships Your Medication
Teledris Health does not directly ship medications. When your clinician writes a prescription, the prescription is sent to a partner compounding pharmacy that is licensed in your state. That pharmacy:
- Verifies the prescription.
- Compounds the medication for you specifically.
- Packages and labels the medication.
- Ships the medication directly to the address you provided at intake.
The partner pharmacy is the dispenser of record under state pharmacy law. Teledris Health coordinates the order, communicates status to you, and stands behind the experience end-to-end.
III. Carriers and Service Levels
Medications are typically shipped via expedited ground or 2-day air carriers selected by the partner pharmacy based on transit time and cold-chain requirements. The specific carrier and service level for each shipment will be disclosed in your tracking information.
We do not currently offer same-day or international shipping. Shipping is included in the medication price unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
IV. Cold-Chain Handling
Compounded GLP-1 medications must be kept at refrigerated temperatures, typically 36 to 46 °F / 2 to 8 °C, to maintain stability and potency. Our partner pharmacies use:
- Insulated shipping containers.
- Frozen or refrigerated gel packs sized for the expected transit time and seasonal conditions.
- Temperature-monitored packaging where available.
On receipt, open your package promptly, refrigerate the medication immediately, and follow the storage instructions on the label and patient leaflet. Do not freeze.
If your shipment arrives outside the expected temperature range, do not use the medication. Contact support@teledrishealth.com within 24 hours for a replacement at no additional cost.
V. Transit Times
Once a clinician has approved your prescription and the partner pharmacy has dispensed it, expected transit times are:
- Continental U.S.: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch in most cases; up to 5 business days for remote regions.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands: typically 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses: not currently supported.
- U.S. territories not listed above: not currently supported.
Total time from your initial intake to delivery typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on clinical review timing, prescription processing, pharmacy compounding, and carrier transit.
VI. Where We Ship
We ship to physical addresses in U.S. states where Teledris Health is currently licensed to provide care. We do not ship to states where Teledris Health is not licensed, even if you have a temporary address there.
Restrictions
- No P.O. boxes. Cold-chain shipments require a physical address with a person available to receive and refrigerate the package promptly.
- No freight forwarders or mail re-shippers.
- No international shipping.
- Some ZIP codes may be restricted based on carrier service availability or pharmacy licensing.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address. A package returned to the pharmacy because of an undeliverable or incorrect address generally cannot be reshipped because the integrity of the cold chain and chain of custody can no longer be verified.
VII. Signature Requirements
Most medication shipments do not require a signature by default, to allow flexibility for patients who may not be home during delivery. If you prefer signature-required delivery, contact support@teledrishealth.com before your next shipment to request this preference.
VIII. Holiday and Weather Delays
Carrier delivery times slow during major holidays and during extreme weather events. We monitor weather and carrier advisories and may proactively delay a dispatch by one or more days to avoid heat exposure during transit.
IX. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost
A package is considered lost when:
- Tracking shows no scan for 5 or more business days after dispatch.
- Tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package after a reasonable check and a 48-hour wait period.
To report a lost package, contact support@teledrishealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contact us before opening internal packaging. If the inner packaging or medication is damaged, do not use the medication. We will arrange a replacement.
Delayed
If a shipment is significantly delayed and the delay creates a clinical issue, contact us. We will coordinate with your clinician on bridging instructions and, where appropriate, expedite a replacement.
X. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of a properly addressed and properly packaged shipment, the medication generally cannot be returned to stock. You may forfeit the medication cost. See the Refund Policy for detail.
XI. Storage After Receipt
Storage instructions are printed on each package's labeling and patient leaflet. In general:
- Refrigerate at 36 to 46 °F (2 to 8 °C).
- Do not freeze.
- Keep in original packaging.
- Protect from light and excessive heat.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Note the beyond-use date printed on the label and do not use after that date.
XII. Disposal
Properly dispose of needles in an FDA-cleared sharps container. Unused medication can be returned to a pharmacy take-back program; do not flush or place it in regular trash unless local regulations permit.
XIII. Out-of-State Moves
If you move to another state, your prescription may need to be transferred to a pharmacy licensed in your new state, and a Teledris Health clinician licensed in your new state may need to assume your care. Update your address and confirm continuity of care before the next refill.
XIV. Tracking and Communication
You will receive shipment notifications by email and, if you have opted in, by SMS. Notifications include order confirmation, pharmacy dispense confirmation, carrier dispatch and tracking number, out-for-delivery and delivered alerts, and issue alerts.
XV. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date above reflects the most recent revision. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform or by email.
